CASE MANAGEMENT
During the enrollment process, risk factors and protective factors are identified for each beneficiary. A protective factor plan is disused with parent/guardian and is agreed upon. The written plan includes goals, schedule and referrals.
COUNSELLING REFFERALS
Currently BAM does not provide professional counseling but we do provide linkage referrals as a part of our comprehensive program.
